I am replacing my tile floor and toilet. When I got the old tile out I noticed that the floor bolts were coming out of the concrete and there was no flange. I am considering cutting old bolts and installing flange. I also will be using a self leveling...

Any imbalance that was cut flush....
In the existing drain opening and fit over the existing bolts if the toilet bottom plus wax ring doesn't needed to test fit the toilet and correct all imbalance before putting in the wax ring.

We are looking for a new kitchen faucet which we need very badly.
DH wants a new kitchen sink also. He wants to replace the counter top later on.

This sink is in my must-have file can fit pots under it with ease.
To a plumbing supply instead of Home Depot or Lowes for your faucet.

There is something to be said for traveling in the US. You don't have to worry about being able to plug in your electric gizmos, but most importantly whether it's Key West or Seattle you'll always find a sit-down toilet where you can flush toilet paper...

They're saving it so faucets - why would anybody try to drink from a garden faucet set about 8" over the floor is beyond me...
Flushing toilets, but you're supposed to put the paper in a bin next to the toilet.

Thanks! We wanted less fuss than what the old bathroom had (there were also random stencils, you should caulk the sink fixture....
In the house for longer we would have done something nicer, but it`s not our permanent home so we went looking.

I just want to inform you that the hoses on my new faucet were missing mark. The hot line was marked with a tab saying "cold." I hope the person that installs the tabs didn't work on building the faucet.
