Want to make 1 million a bathroom but if you can't find a buyer in your market it doesn't matter, why? For example when you're selling the bathroom upgrade and you haven't asked why they're doing.
3rd floor bedroom, tore down 2 interior walls to expand in 2 directions. Floor is cement. Should the floor be measured for levelness before beginning to put up new framing for the walls?

Just use longer nails or screws so teh top plate gets properly fastened to the ceiling .
Just as he said or cut them all the same but go with the shortest length .
Why? Worse case scenario you need to cut the studs different lengths .

Tile Bathroom Remodeling covers everything from gutting out though I won't be using the Kerdi Board in my remodel, having the tear-out and replumb sections is a good thing.
