It's definitely more difficult as there are no quick....
I only use them in cold water when I am wearing a heavy semi-dry .
I have something similar that came with weight pouches.
Correct, weight belt first.
Yes you can still use a normal weight belt.

Aeris EX Lite Travel BCD, Black $175 on sale.
And the Ultra-Lite Travel Plate are pretty awesome if you want to maintain a conventional BCD approach.

But at least with a BP/w you can update/ downgrade .

I do know that for Monterey with my other BCD integrated pockets so really....
I will try a buoyancy check in the pool.
I have heard different things on whether it can be used be sure IMHO .
My Scubapro Go travel BCD is a large size.
