IRL isn'tI agree, i want a nice beach view and some drop offs.
And gravel beaches, it was hard to find a place that was near an ocean that wasn't a beach.

I know both are not beach front properties, and you have access to pools and buffets at all Rius except Palace level in the area... BUT do they share beaches with Riu Yucatan or RIu Playacar or do they have there own private beach clubs? Thanks

The whole beach area is wonderful.
The beach is very long along the Riu properties & once you are there - you are free to use the beach as you wish but would.
You can use either and there is a designated spot for Tequila folks .
