From what I understand, the roaming legendaries (Raikou and Entei) respawn after the Elite Four is beaten, if they are killed.
However, according to some people, the same is true for Lugia.
Is this correct?
I'm wondering, because I'm thinking of trying...

The only difference between that and Guitar Hero On Tour or whatever they call it is that you're using the stylus to tap around on a screen instead of using an attachment to tap around on some colored buttons. Other than that, you are still tapping dextrously...
