I think the only way it matters if it keeps you from falling asleep .
Eating right before bed is my favorite.
I know no problemo.
Like a dinner sized meal right before you go to bed, it may just mess up your sleeping.

On work days, I go to bed when it's 'time' - and I usually lie awake in bed for like 2 hours. If I went to bed when I was tired, I would never get enough sleep...

So around what time do you guys go to bed? I go to bed around 10 - 12 PM. It's healthier to go to sleep at 9:00 PM but I can't fall asleep that early.

During the week days I get up for our dog, so anywhere between 5am and 6:30am. I also suffer from insomnia, so I go to bed earlier than everyone else, so anywhere from 8:45pm to 9:30pm, Fridays and Saturdays nights I'll stay up later as Saturday and Sunday...
