I have a question about home made beer.? I buy the beer to make, in a tub, then I bottle it in demi johns. Can anybody tell me what I can do to make my beer taste malty, because it doesnt taste malty, it tastes watery. I always make sure I add the correct...

Adding malt extract would gallons here, so if you add 33 pints... .
If your beer tastes "watery", then the chances are that the beer is fermenting down too far, so that there's no non-fermentable sugar left to give the beer any "body".
Check out the head on this beer, they were poured down the side of the glass, keeps a head to the last drop...Always like good head ... snicker snicker

I'm doing both right now for the first time. Beer will be bottled tomorrow, and the moonshine "mash", which is just water, corn meal, sugar, and yeast, is fermenting now and will be distilled probably monday night.
