How do I fill it up, or expand my Biceps to reach my inner elbow, making no gap in-between ?. My biceps are fairly big but this area never fills up..

Hi All,
I was just looking for some advice!
I'm thinking of re-strapping my shoulder bells to make them more accurate and also so they sit better.
I noticed on the original suits there is elastic holding the chest plate...

If everything is in the proper location, then they will sit slightly... .
Then attach elastic from bicep to bell vertically inside.
Then attach elastic across the bell so that it holds the bicep tight.
The shoulder, not in the middle.

If i had to train only my biceps
but, i wouldnt concentrate on them if u use EZ bar tbh Chin Ups, best of all for biceps (weighted if you are a light weight) curl curl curl = yawn
You need to do chins mate ....

That is up.
The only real return edge on the shoulder is underneath .
Especially the top which is under your shoulder bell.

Can it be!? Is it possible!? 1/2" off my waist in about a week, and 1/4" on my biceps. Waist = 42 1/2" (goal = 33-34"), biceps = 16 1/4" (goal = 17").
In December BWW (Before Weight Watchers) waist = 44" and biceps = 15". My scale showed 209-210 this ...

A 3 day split is ideal, I don't understand why most people here are over complicating things;
My workout:
Monday: Chest/Tri/Shoulder
Tuesday:Legs/abs
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: Back/Biceps
Friday: OFF
Saturday: Repeat
Simple huh?
