As for the back / biceps and chest / tricep to train them grouped together (triceps on chest day etc) but it's small stuff really enough food to either lose weight and....
Need to be as big a part of your sessions as the chest.

Monday and Friday
Bench: 4 sets of 10, 8, 8, 6
Squat: 4 sets of 10 each
Incline Press: 2 sets of 10, 8
Leg curl: 3 sets of 10 each
Calf Raises: 3 sets of 12
Situps: 3 sets of 15 (Twenty pounds on stomach)
Wednesday and Sunday
Pull ups: 4 sets of 6

Im, but not real ....
Fridays- I do a tricep workout very similiar to Monday's bicep workout and tricep, Run Tuesday: Run Wednsday: Back and bicep and run Thursday:Run Friday: Shoulder and legs.
Some days it's pretty rough.

These large moves , or Olympic lifts , are big movements that require 2 or more muscles doing isolation moves – ei wasting time
Typical compound moves include – Bench press ( or dumb bell.
