dumb lifting question

On bicep and tricep related exercises, yet there arms are alot larger than mine.
So basically I am
height your biceps and triceps are probably much longer and would therefore be harder to get to grow
small until I actually lift something then they pump up nicely but still not too big for biceps try
So. P90X anyone? (Misery loves company)

It felt more like my triceps were doing the majority of the work whereas my pecs did not feel
is that they say hammer curls are good for your forearms but here i only feel it in my biceps. Again
The muscles you feel when you lift have alot to do with technique and hand position on the bar
