Hi, me and a friend are heading to Berlin soon and we're looking for some suggestions on hostels and places to go:) Of course we're checking google and all that but it'd be awsesome to get some tips from peeps who've been there!

Nice location, walkable distance to Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburg Gate, etc .
Park Hotel Wallstrasse is a gem, if you can get in! we used Courtyard by Marriott, Berlin-Mitte, while visiting Berlin some years ago.

Just curious...how many ED veterans have actually flown into Berlin hop to Munchen but why would someone fly into Berlin as their start, unless visiting friends/family and then hoofing it down to Munchen....
They may just refund the money.
