Main destination for a proposed trip next year (Sep 2012) will be Romania with some interesting diversions on the way there and back.
Would be interested to hear of peoples experiences of this area, pro's, con's, recommendations, places to visit, etc ...

Nice to see that not all the bad things I've heard about Romania is true.
All in all I found Romania to be well worth a visit and definitely one of the most interesting tour in 2 weeks time.

The best way to travel in Ukraine is by train.
To a reasanable amount(just a few dollars), but when they realise you`re a rookie foreigner they might driving will be very expensive for you.
