I am trying to figure out in a 100 BB game when i am facing a 3 bet and I am in position what hands I can profitably call with. I know alot depends on villian's postflop tendencies, but would just like to know Ex. if the big bling is 3 betting say 15%...

And you're playing 100 blinds deep? Assuming no antes you need to call 9 into a pot of 16 so you're getting about 1.8 to 1 and need less than 40% to continue based on immediate odds.
