For as long as I've known, I and everyone I've encountered pronounces BIOS as bi-Ohs. Since listening to the Stackoverflow podcast I'm still surprised to hear Jeff say bi-Ahs. Just when I thought it was an Atwoodism, Michael Pryor made the same enunciation...

Where I live, bi-Ahs have used in the word it replaced.

I pronounce it bi-Ohs (bī'ōs)
In Italy we pronounce it be-ohs, and I believe that every language it BEE-os, in English I pronounce it By-os.

What are useful rule-of-thumbs with regard to interpreting non-zero vmstat "bi/bo" values? When are the values "okay" and when are they an indication of that the system is under heavy stress?

I'm looking at Pentaho BI Platform to extract information from Mantis, but I don't find any tutorial to setup a full working environment (without preloaded data).
Do you know any tutorial? Maybe another way to develop reports from Mantis data?
