Hi all
I saw a couple of similar freds about getting started on Mountain Biking, but they are already a year or two old. I am looking for something to do some races and trails with over weekends and the 94.7 etc. Definatley dont...

Mountain biking is not cheap if you ride often, so look after, wanted to get into mountain biking but didnt want to break the bank.

Also a lot lighter on the liver rides-if you wanna build muscle- go to a gym and do squats or leg presses- 50 km bike rides take too+ and we both train biking....
For endurance in mountain biking Tbol is a better option than Winny.

Great bike, still use it a lot at Paul's Cycles.
Mountain + Norfolk / Suffolk The fact we dont have any hills around here doesn't help but Thetford Avalanche 1.0, previous years model so got a good deal at Paul's Cycles.
