I have this but never knew there was a name for it. I feel like if I throw up then something really bad is wrong with me and I'm going to die. Lucky for me I have only thrown up once in my life that I can remember. I do not know about meds but I'm sure...

"Black bile" was bile mixed with blood, which is what you throw up when you're suffering from internal bleeding.
It's what you get when you throw up on an empty stomach.
