When I log into my account, I cannot find the "pay my bill" button. Why don't I have the button? I have tried everything to see if I can pay my bill online and I don't get the statements through the mail.

All the ways I know how to tell you that I have DSL and would like to pay my bill having to drive miles to an AT&T store to pay my bill; and even the sales rep there couldn't submit payments service....

Called them and said I had been signed up since sometime in 2010! I then asked for proof of subscription and only received 2011 dates .
I found out after I noticed my airtime dropping at a radical rate that I was signed up for Buongiorno SA/35050 .
