Hello, in Section II of Gourmet Nutrition pg 179, it recommends drinking 2 scoops of Surge with 32oz cold water during and after workout.
I'm a little confused, does this means that I have to drink 1 scoop during workout and another scoop after workout...

THe amount of stuff to ingest pre during and post workouts really varies depending on goals .

I use 65% of my "max".
I have been doing 5/3/1 for 5 months I just started my 3rd month of BBB .
