I know some ladies did stuff like hypno babies, which was really specific, but for those who did more standard birthing classes, were you glad you did? Did it really help in the end?
For those who did not, do you think it made a huge difference?

So I had the epi with my first, the recovery wasn't horrible, but the pain in my back from the epi lasted a few months and the fact I needed help after delivery to shower and stuff, kind of sucked. With my second, I didn't have an epi, not by choice, ...
