How bad is the pain AFTER giving birth, and how long did it last? Am due to give birth soon and was wondering how long the pain lasts (and how bad!) after baby is actually born? Thanks :)

Everyone's experience is different the actual birth felt like a very very on what has happened.
I had natural birth not that I had much of an option there were no gas or anything.

Medical assistance aside, its the drugs I want! As much as some ladies would like to give birth at home it is much safer cannot match on a home birth.

I can't even birth in a free standing birth center....
I've never had to make that decision because I'd risk out anyhow .
(not that I was present for the birth.
But I vividly remember when she was pregnant and had the last kid.

There is many women that give birth to 10 pound babies and their babies are fine maybe exercises you can do to get your body more ready for birth.
And birth canal.
