How do you respond to conflict? Do you create it, hide from it, charge head-on at it?
Personally, I do terrible with conflict. I literally start to feel nauseous and feel like I have an intense fever, like I'm burning up from bottom to top. It's bad.

I made a 'cage' of chicken wire....
I had one up and had to rescue 1 sparrow and 1 bat from it .
How long did the trap last before it did fill up?? Yes they work but they also 'catch' birds, bats and the 'good' flying bugs (dragonflies) .

BTW it's also called GI thumb also, kinda like happen, but in the overwhelmingly vast majority of cases of Garand thumb, it is not caused by loading of the way, just got a small bite....
