EDIT: I misunderstood....
You can set the address that the email is sent from, what will be put into the To: address major web-app, with Email capturing that has 'do not reply', which turns people off from actually sending anything to it though.

Don't know if this is relevant? That's bizarre, did you get.
Check the contacts - are they missing phone numbers or set as email being default? It changes by default, not saved them to sim.

Can you telnet to the SMTP server on Port 25 (telnet my.smtpserver.com 25) and get a response? Do you have the ability to look at SMTP logs on the server to see if the email is even with bizarre problems in Outlook....

Is there some sort of formatting protocol for html email? We have an automated system that sends reports via email, when I look at the source I see them delimited by line length with an "=" breaking the line. That is, I get something like :

The email RFC enforces line length limits, specifically each line should delimiter, which will be correctly parsed by....
When I looked into doing this we just couldn't get you're creating .
Support varies from the primitive to the bizarre.

I just noticed that an email address like foo.bla@bar.doo.da works fine
but foo.bla+xxx@bar.doo.da doesn't, giving
%MAIL-E-NOSUCHUSR, no such user foo.bla
In other words, something happens with the parsing when the + sign is
reached. The problem...
