Hi, when I start the new Google Earth I get a black screen with borders in gold and there is no change when I zoom. I tried using the Sun slider and got nothing. In another post there was mention of disabling the daylight slider. How do I do that? I&

I don't know much more to tell except I'm using SUSE Linux Server and SUSE Linux Deskstop and Google Earth does not work on one of them. All systems have NVIDIA graphics cards. If anyone can get me started on where to look for the trouble

It happens especially if the map has to measure the dimensions of the container in order to render properly .
Maybe the map needs to be on display when it initializes .
Alternately, you could move it off-screen, with left:-2000px.

Soviut's answer is great! I use a similar algorithm in the destructive terrain feature in Scorched Earth the next player fires.
If you actually want.
Hit detection is always done on the mask.
That is pure black and white.
