I just picked up the Scosche case from a TMobile store.. I had to hunt around for it, most stores only had the Incipio case. A warning on that one, do not buy the incipio case, the tab that acts as a stand is held in by 2 very tiny plastic nubs and mine...

Have two, going to get another Whalen.
1) Stock OEM leather knob, has little nubs of electrical wire sticking out the bottom but definitely enough to use/solder extra wire wire onto. $60
2) LeatherZ Alcantara/chrome(polished) knob with lighted 5 speed...

For shits and giggles, before I started hacking up the firewall and extending the inside tranny hump, I decided to put the engine and tranny in to see how it would fit. It does fit but the whole engine/tranny/tcase need to be installed...

Fabbed up the brackets for some pimp leather seats out of a Volvo 240, they are super comfy and in decent shape (photos don't do justice):
