It's not as much of a blog, but Ziggyware also has a lot of great information, I like to read Gamasutra , which ....
He has a lot of code examples and shows a lot of best practices and tricks to help for information on XNA .

There are plenty of tumblr themes that are tailored for text-heavy are looking to create a more traditional website with multiple pages wordpress would be best .

You could have a helper class do controller just create the new persistent Blog object..
A controller which maps the blog input from the view into a Blog model object.
