I have similar issues and the doctor i saw at the headache center wrote a prescription for "nasacord" (sp?). She said it is anti-inflammatory and although a steroid does not get into your blood stream. A natural alternative to try is "sinus buster" you...

You could push for a biopsy to double if they can pick up celiac that way - they need to take at least 8-10 biopsies for an accurate test though.
That you have celiac anyway (my blood test was negative, too).

Too many times over the last few years have we been asked this question when people are suffering test.
Also ask your GP to do a full spectrum blood test and in particular the Vit D.
I sometimes despair.

Onc does blood work on every visit which just went to....
The test is to check my bones because I'm post-menopause and on an AI.
Then did a Muga, port placement, ALN biopsy and blood test before chemo.
