I got an email about cord blood saving so I got to looking into it. Being in the healthcare field, I've heard a lot of benefits of banking your baby's cord blood, but it's so flippin expensive, that I'm just not sure. Anyone ever done this or is anyone...

It doesn't guarentee your child will get it, but in the case of states have something along the lines that if you donate and if you ever need cord blood in the future cutting the cord....

Possible I would save your own childs cord blood rather than donating it! After my godson had leukemia it concluded that a sick child is better off with a donor, than his or her own cord blood.
