First, at the time banking blood was expensive, but since I haven't rare that the child can use the cord blood from their cord.

That's part of the controversy. They are borderline Borderline personality disorder playing on every parents worst nightmare, trying to get you to do it, and pay high fees every year for the banking. When in reality, it is hardly ever needed.
