Haven't posted for while but drop in for a read a couple of times a week. I'm still not on steroids though I've taken a couple of 5 day courses when having to drive a long way or have dental surgery done. The pain and stiffness seems to respond well enough...

I have been to the doctors this morning and my blood pressure was slightly high.
Even at my fittest and healthy my blood pressure has never been lower that 120/80, so it's sometimes good or slightly raised approx in the 130's/mid 80's.

That your "high" blood pressure is very different to what my "high" is I think you may be a bit more that you are at a greater risk for high blood pressure, but not necessarily pre eclampsia...

If you have consistently high blood sugar it means to learn how high....
Elevated (high) blood sugars indicate you are pre-diabetic or are diabetic depending on how high, the doctor may want to check you for diabetes.
