I've always had good bp, (other than of course isolated times that occur in illness or stress or on a certain Rx, etc.). But top number always below 125, bottom number usually around 80.
I started taking my bp at that little stand near the Walmart pharmacy...

I feel the same exact way you do. It does go away when I lay down and while sleeping and then when I get up and few hours after going about my day the pressure Pressure ulcer starts.
