How is it legal to charge the way they do for services? I am sorry but a 300 electric bill for a home that is 1200 square feet with wood heat is not even logical. Our previous house was 4-500 with central. People cant live like this! What are we suppose...

Grass, Fire, or Water? what starter type do you prefer?
Grass = Balance stat evolves quickly. Bulbasaur, Chikorita, Treecko, Turtwig, Snivy.
Fire = More on atk and sp. atk you need patience to train it. Charmander, Cyndaquil, Torchic, Chimchar, Tepig....
