Expensive to be heard so are safer for cycling....
I don't make calls while cycling, but i've received a few, and callers have no problem - these ones allow a good deal of ambient noise to be heard so are safer for cycling.

Anyone else encountered this? Worked fine and automatically on my N97, but on my E7 the voice only appears from the phone speakers, even though Nokia bluetooth NF-300 is connected and working for phone calls etc.

I've seen similar behavior, in a USB parallel device.
Good drivers will probably help this.
Do you have two CPUs?
My guess is that the hardware is causing some proccess to max out one of them .
