Years ago I bought one of those Z shaped T&G router bits for joining narrow boards together into something wider, (mainly reclaimed pine pallet slats for shelves etc). It was always a problem getting the bit centered properly on the mid line of the side...

Another way to find centre of the edge of a board is to measure fence so the bit pinpoints the exact centre of the board where your line marked the board.
Of course we knew that.

As for Virtupets our board has to be the 3rd slowest in the whole Altador Cup and Terror Mountain have a good share of drama - so they get a vote.

Just because you merge boards doesn't mean you'll get promised in our early days.

My old surfing mate has been collecting boards for about 50 years (he is nearing 70 ) He has about 40-50 boards ranging from old knee boards to a new minimal.I have taken a few shots of the more interesting ones . this one is a 9 ft 6 McDonagh board ....

How much strength do you need? Strong enough to where it doesn't come apart I guess! Lol If you joint the edges so that they are square and true, you can use titebond II .
Tongue and groove would be stronger than any others mentioned .
