Fuel shouldn't be anywhere near that for a yacht, unless you or problems, other years your boat....

Depends hugely on the boat you buy and how much of the work you are prepared to do yourself.

Light any distance off shore.
So in a nutshell, heavy boat, twins.
Single engine fine for smaller boats.
Consumption
only high when I get it in the 40 to 45 mph .
It's a heavy boat, so twins needed if you want speed.
