I am interested in checking out a boat show or two over the autumn and winter to look at the equipment that is avaliable.
I know i have just missed Southampton and the upcoming shows at home in Stockholm are more focused on filling new boat order books...

I would appreciate some advice on buying a non vat paid boat. Am I right in thinking that as an EU citizen the boat is liable for VAT immediately on arrival in an EU country, or is there a period of grace for say a boat heading for Las Palmas to join ...

I bought my boat in 2007 ex vat and sailed to the Caribbean amongst other places. I'm now planning to sail it back to UK to sell. I will need to pay the vat on bringing it back to Europe. One school of thought is to import it in the Azores being a part...

We are doing European Delivery for our BMW on 4/14.

We know the northern boat building brethren make some beauty boats (down eaters, Persons, the Michigan builders, the PNW builders), boat building is certainly not limited to the south, be it the US or Europe.
