A quick question: How could there be bodies in such an advanced state of decomposition when the battle was only days old?
Was there fighting previous to the battle in episode 9?
Thanks.
Another question: This applies to any theatre in WW2. What was done...

Hi guys, When i finally get round to fitting the TB's in the garage onto VWJ1M, my question is where will the brake servo take the vaccum to drive it?
as at the moment its driven from the intake manifold.

Answer Snippets (Read the full thread at com):
Tapping all 4 is a better option, especially if you also need vacuum for a MAP sensor as it'll fluctuate... .
You can either tap it off one of the TB's or tap all 4 and join them up in a collector (a fuel filter works quite well, or an old 35mm film case) .

Does anyone know about the worth of professional bodies in the UK? I know that the BCS and IET exist but am unsure as to what they offer. I've just started a graduate job and am wondering if it is worth joining.

The one good thing that I can say for the BCS is the local BCS groups are good for networking .
I worked for years before joining the BCS and only joined because they gave a discount to conferences that I went to .

This is going to sound super hackish but does anyone know of a way to combine method bodies at runtime in C++? I'm currently on the path of grabbing the address of the functions then memcopy to executable memory but it has the problem of unwanted prolog...

A simple solution to achieve what you want is to store function pointers in an array .
Why not use assembly?
It's a bit heavyweight, so it may not be what you're looking for, but you could always try using LLVM to JIT your code .

The code looked like this:

By putting the data into a form, I was able to make the body around 1800 characters long before the form stopped working.

Lets say i have two inline functions in my header file:
inline int foo() { return bar()+2; } inline int bar() { return 3; }
can i assume that a C99 compiler will inline "foo" even if 'bar' is declared later? Assuming that no other internal rule like function...

Some compilers provide pragmas that force a particular function to be inlined... .
You cannot assume anything about whether something gets inlined or not .
Inline is just a hint to the compiler, and more often than not it's ignored in modern optimizing compilers .
