I am at 17 percent body fat as of today. What is the rule of thumb of losing bf and having more of your penis visible. So if I lose let's say 30 pounds for ex. how much more would I see?

I'm quite puzzled with nutrients, since there are a lot of opinions out there, contradicting each other.
Some people told me to gain muscle, you HAVE to gain some fat. so if you want to become big, you have to gain quite a lot of fat.

It is true just a bar for breakfast and lunch puts your body in starvation mode and it quits.
