Since bond prices move in the opposite direction of interest rates and interest of bond yields uses the current yield for his decade estimate.

I'm 30 and my AA is 75/25. This is a little aggressive relative to the advice that we should be holding our age in bonds. But, I see this as something that is more critical to adhere to as you get closer to retirement age. I anticipate I'll get closer...
