Any suggestion how financial bonuses for developers should be calculated. It seems to be easy -- take things like:
effectiveness/performance, code quality/bugs count, experience, teamwork, engagement, Over hours, some others. and count some score.
But...

Seems like a simple system to me and works out well Considered Harmful .
At my work we do quarterly bonuses, in which we are just given a task list of things that are nice things, and complete them, then we get a bonus.

In the abstract class Bonus with the default implementation:

and override it in the bomb bonus class.

It doesn't stack though, so if you reload $1000 now to get the full bonus, and clear $300 of it, then deposit again....
LOCKNLOAD' is a 75% up to $750 reload bonus that has been running for months now and as far as I know will continue to run.

As the Thread Title says, would it be possible to implement a sort of Call of Duty kill/support streak bonus system. Or have some sort of milestones per game that grant you bonuses? I think it would be quite fun to have something like Person x gets 10...
