If by msvs you mean visual studio, you would have to write a language plugin for boo (assuming one://www.codinginstinct.com/2008/05/boo-in-visual-studio.html

What is the difference between IronPython and BOO ? Is there a need for 2 Python-like languages?

I'm sure there are more differences, I've only looked at Boo briefly....
One major difference is that Boo is statically typed by default.
IronPython is a python implementation wheras Boo is another language with a python-esque syntax.

The metaprogramming with code complition, and boo compiler reaches 1.0 ( that means that the compiler will be written in pure boo :D ) I'll definitely be....

I just saw that Ayende Rahien wrote a book about Domain Specific Languages using Boo ? I have never heard of Boo before that point. Can anyone speculate as to the reason he would choose that language?

Boo isn't a DSL, it's a python-ish language for .Net....
The author might want to see the Boo web site for more information on the language itself.

Boo is another .NET language; it's as good a choice as any.
