Java Practices C++ FAQ Lite: Coding Standards My favorite best practices book (and general software development book)....

There's OpenLibrary, but it's not clear how many they have .
You may try to use OpenLibrary OR librarything I believe you can access them through Amazon's API, but it's apparently not clear whether this violates the TOS .
