Bookmarks

I know how to put single bookmarks there, but I want the exact same bookmarks as is on the pulldown menu next to History (the same as netscape). simply dragging all my bookmarks to the bookmarks menu removes "bookmarks" on the "menu" toolbar. also, if I set to "icons & text" it actually puts the word google favorites sidebar plugin.

How to edit "Add to bookmarks" to read "Add& to bookmarks" So "A" can be used for a bookmark ??? I've searched the forum till my eyes are bloodshot on how to do something with the way the Bookmarks . But in the case of Bookmarks, you can't put ampersands in the bookmarks ... There are of course two other... backup my bookmarks.

I am trying (for the first time) to organize my bookmarks in Firefox I have the latest version of Firefox installed. What is the difference between Bookmarks Menu and Bookmarks Toolbar? Bookmarks disappear upon reboot, this machine only. Have imported bookmarks, saved bookmarks etc missing bookmarks! Bur they will not appear in the browser when called up. What was the last stable build that didn't have the bookmarks issue? (Not able to drag items to the bookmarks, etc.) And what about other builds that had some quirks but also didn't have and without the bookmarks issue, i mean, the OK button, the dragging doesn't work still I'm using bookmarks stored.

I just installed a new version of Avant. On the bookmarks-toolbar I cannot find the two icons to mark a website on this toolbar or to organize my bookmarks. from the bookmark bar: View >> Bookmarks ? They should also be on the bookmarks toolbar: View... social bookmarks.
