So, about books...
any you're loving right now? I'm finishing up the book "A Stolen Life" (The story of Jaycee Dugard). and I need a rec for my next book. Thinking of giving Hunger Games a shot, but heard it's hit or miss.

I liked it much more than many of the booksI am LOVING 11/22/63 by Stephen King! The Buy Now button is so easy .

How do you manage your programming books between home and work? Do you carry all your books between the two or do you exclusively make use of e-books at one of the locations?

I usuallyfor the books i need constantly, i have a copy at home and a copy at work - carrying books between the two just plain sucks....
But that's just personal preference
I find Safari Books a big help.
To use a physical book.

I'm a fan of the Malazan Book Cooper.
Betwixt is kind stuff about anthropology) and books about mythology and folklore.
I hate books that jump around, but I can't see this book developing any other way.

Favorite book is the Diary of Anne Frank.

Favorite authors are Stephen King and Michael Crichton.
It's on my night stand with the rest of the books I have picked up and need to read for it.

The iPhone SDK 3.0 has been in beta for a few months, so I would think that by now there would be some good reference/tutorial material floating around in the form of e-books (it may be a little too early for print books).
So far, I only came across iPhone...

I've bought "Programming Ruby" from Pragmatic Programmers (still in beta), but friends say that "The Ruby Way" is much better. Should I buy it or wait for Ruby 1.9 books?

Probably best to go ahead and buy the recommended book, this video will give some ideas safest to get the Ruby 1.8 book, learn the stable version of the environment, and if you find It's an excellent reference book for either version....

Got hundreds of em paperbacks hardbacks some never been opened and all by popular authors, wife used to read a lot and collect them.
