I would do is put the old hard drive into an external enclosure and boot from it into Boot CampYou can dd it to an archive.

Once you have the drivers, you could quit out of boot camp and install XP and erase and reformat the entire drive as NTSF.
All Boot Camp is, is a glorified partitioner (well, the drivers are the key).

REFIt is a boot manager that will allow you to select which OS to boot at startup, and also has some very handy extra features.
There is no way to this with only BootCamp installed as it is controlled by OSX .
