If you want to use the incorrect method then it will have: that has only DOS62 - (with its three NT boot....
I have to ask! Why do you need or want DOS? If it's for some apps then there is Oracle Virtual Box correctly installed at boot.

If pressed F4 I could boot on dos, but the first time doing that something is messing with the startup or ms-dos bootdisk, but then it is going to boot only for the OS,whose bootdisk you used.

You need to FDISK and Format the C: drive.
Boot into the 6.22 install and exit the setup with F3 before you get the upgrade warning and return to the DOS prompt.
You can install using 6.22 alone.

You have a couple of options:
1) Use NTFS4DOS to access the hard drive once you've booted with the DOS disk....
If it were formatted as FAT32, no problem, but NTFS isn't recognized by standard DOS boot disks.
Issue right there.

I take it a new hard drive.
To use dr,dos any more ,lol
why not just set your bios first boot to cdrom and boot from winxp cd
Disk Boot failure, replace system disk and press enter
A step up I guess.

As for creating Dos boot disks, if you have a floppy drive still, simply format and choose the Copy system files option bootdisk.com , they have a load of Dos....
I am guessing that you are simply running the application from the download .
