Can you learn how to draw or are artists born with a drawing talent? I love to draw but my pictures are far from looking professional. They are slightly better than a person who can't draw and mostly i am better at copying what has been drawn or a picture...

Your best bet is to get a first edition copy of K&R, however, I would not use it to learn C, get.
Have printf or fwrite, that was before even my time! I learned C from the original K&R book.
