So my kin got smacked around yesterday by the first spawning grims of this fight. we've watched a couple of videos of different kins doing this on t2, and they seem to use the same strat: kite the grims and kite the other boss while the rest of the raid...

Lately, I've noticed that the intervals in which the subways and buses run make no sense whatsoever.
You'll get a train/bus go by, then you wait a long time before the next one. When the next one does come, you see that there is another bus/train 2 minutes...

If this is as Ele or Resto, then yes, you should use fire ele on any boss, even if it only gets to hit it for a while before you have to swap to searing.
