Hardest quite with hardest unless it is a case of unfair difficulty.
A very uninspired, cliche, and repetitive boss fight with really no challenge whatsoever.

Yep the eye all the way you forgot wall can kill a pre-hardmode boss with one of the best weapons in the game
I would have to say the Twins, Seeing how its the only hardmode boss....
Anyway, I'd say Wall Of Flesh.

Hardest area? The ocean wasn't necessarily hard.
Boss-wise the barrier trio with just them two alone.
Anyways, for the hardest area, I always struggled with Gova Volcano for whatever reason.

Spoken, Ornstein and Smough is by far the hardest boss battle and I agree wholeheartedly fought Gwyn.

Which bosses tend to give you the most trouble?
There are some that ALWAYS manage to hit me a couple times..
1. Obvious answer, the bomb worms in the Satan fight.
2. Headless horseman, especially in the very early levels. There's just so much going on...
