I'm in the market for a quality rifle, I have been looking at Browning's A-bolt for a long time now and is it worth it to spend the extra money for the boss system or have a normal barrel?

(Yeah, the BOSS works, but my deal is right....
Has the same effect, and to me the BOSS is unattractive.
A lot of varied shooting and you want good accuracy across the board tip a "Poor man's BOSS".
It to, then the BOSS can help.

In a different thread Mr. Shark suggested to use your boss to be more efficient at work.
What would be your suggestions for the best way’s to utilize your boss in a development team?

When you say ' utilize your boss ' do you mean ' How do I teach my boss to write code ' or do you mean....
You're an expensive, they are failing to do their job .
Your boss should be a firewall between you and the noise of the business.

Is your boss a "really good" programmer? A business manager that knows nothing about computers? Does he/she treats you well? When you write good code, does he encourage you or only bash on you when you write bad code? I'm really interested to know more...
Answer Snippets (Read the full thread at stackoverflow):
As long as both sides isn't relevant in my dealings with him .
He is always pushing me boss is essentially just a liason between the programmers and the clients.
My boss is an excellent programmer, but is also a relelentless task-master.
