I stopped by the LIC Motorsports shop in Novato yesterday and picked up a much needed upgrade.
These are 05+ STI knuckles modified to fit 04 STi and WRX struts. With these I get the much stronger bolt-in bearing so I can avoid pad knock-back at the racetrack...

Tri-City Speedway & Highland Speedway have come to an agreement for the 2012 Tire Rule for the UMP Modified Class!
The tire rule is as follows:
E-Mod 26.5 or 27.5 "A" or "H" compound only!
There will be a burnoff period until May 1st for the "D" compound...

I do see where they would want to use.
It should save modified teams from having to carry / own too many have went and bought new tires for the season yet.
It is a good rule change for racers.
