With paintball.
For example and exercise that helps you hold a position in an difficult bunker
, or an exercise that has helped increase speed between bunkers etc...

Is adding a boxing techniques class and it looks very interesting. I would like to join this class
I skip the morning cardio on Tues/Thurs if I am going to add in the Boxing Techniques class on Tues
for cardio. My trainer always says to max out at 20 or 30 min. of cardio.
