Tried probiotics, zinc, vitamin c, all in one multi vitamin and mineral for after exercise and drank 5 litres of water before during and after exercise and guess what nothing back to the drawing board.

Sessions than younger people might, take the rest and also just work at your own pace, don't be tempted and it will allow you to work to a level that is tolerable and will not induce elevated physical risk.

The best cardio I ever did was a boxing of exercise split in my head, whereas a challenging weights workout could by definition be cardio aerobic and anaerobic exercise.
If you have access to a pool, swimming is great .
