Has anyone joined one these franchises? There is a new one opening in Wesley Chapel, just down the road from me. The pictures show basically all women in the classes (good thing or bad thing? ) but I would like to hear from some people that have joined...

You work at your own pace and at your own level .
boxing fitness we realize how busy life is and how hard it can be to fit a workout into your schedule fitness or boxing instructors.
Boxing collections I have been reading some about Hank Kaplan's wonderful collection, and got to thinking there must be others. where are the top 10 boxing collections private or public. I guess this a must know for researchers and historians.

I know it's not the best, but I'm doing boxing WITHOUT a trainer, or subscribed to a gym. So I honestly don't know if I'm doing my punches or movement right. I'm solo training.

This is the ideal fitness game, takes it up a level over some of the other more basic fitness games. He could still work on his punches tho, they look wrong... I try and aim with my knuckles.

Good sense of cardio there Definetly a workout, its basically like shadow boxing but with a virual game disguised as a real game, unlike Wii Fit or the like.

Honestly even Kinect Adventures can a workout depending on how fit you are extremely fit and have a background in boxing/martial arts, you will breeze through this game without (just crap though), and....

Diet is more suited to a bodybuilding training regiment instead of boxing , i train with a pro boxer, flaxseed is a good source of fiber too which u will need...

There is no set 'price' to start boxing.
However, if you just want to go to boxing for fitness and for fun then I'm sure you could find timeLay It varies tbh.

From the FA Rule active and fit but wish I could arsed to work out to improve my physique.
Boxing is a good one to.
But depends if there is any particular area you want to tone up .
